Richard Simmons!

Make sure to Tivo Martha on Tuesday: Richard Simmons is going to be on! Oh, I love him so much. I don't really like the way he acts on Letterman; however, I do like the way he has helped so many overweight people enjoying MOVEMENT, with things like Sweatin' to the Oldies. Can't wait to watch!

Speaking of Martha: On Friday, she used the word "peripatetic," which is a GRE word! What a coincidence. That is a great word by the way, it means moving all around. Like if you keep running into someone, at the gym and at the store, etc., you could say, "Oh, hello again! You are so peripatetic!" And then they would be like, "Ummmm ... thanks?"

Thirdly, just a reminder that November is Adoption Awareness Month.
Most of us are 8 years old and older. Many of us have brothers and sisters and we need families who can keep us together. We have lost so much in our short lives … What we really, really need the most is a grownup (or two) of our own who will teach us stuff and stick up for us and stick around and be our family!
