Bravo Chicago!

A Chicago alderman wants to ban restaurants from usings transfat! Yay! That is awesome. Some people say, waah, waah, I want to make my own decisions. Well, that is the POINT! When you go to a restuarant, you have no IDEA what you are eating! And if you are like me, and ask the server, no. 1, the server usually doesn't know .. and then if you ask them to find out, they get all pissy about it. So, yes, this is great!

Another kudos to Chicago for banning foie gras. (warning, upsetting photo to those who have hearts)
